At Legacy Billiards, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our game room furniture and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the product is in its original, unassembled condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer's packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return label or arrange for a freight carrier to pick up larger furniture items, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods for quality standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
